Vicky Hausman

BOARD MEMBER

Vicky Hausman is founder and co-CEO of Forward Majority, at the frontline of the fight to win power in state legislatures to protect democracy.  She has twenty years of experience bringing data-driven solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges – and translating bold vision into action and impact.   

Prior to Forward Majority, Vicky was a Partner & Managing Director at Dalberg Advisors, the largest social impact strategy firm with 25 offices worldwide.  There she led the firm’s Americas region and its Global Health practice. She began her career at The Boston Consulting Group, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer based at a family planning clinic.  

Vicky is a frequent speaker and moderator at conferences and events on democracy, political innovation, and social entrepreneurship, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Time, CNN, the Atlantic, and POLITICO.

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Masters in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. She was a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, served on the Board of Directors of Global Health Corps and AMREF Health Africa.
